Peruvian Night


We're excited to highlight Chef Gino Farfan's heritage and passion for his native Peruvian cuisine. This is a full dinner event with classic dishes, as well as a cocktail list accentuating traditional Peruvian flavors (and of course pisco!) accompanied by a full wine and beer list.

How it works: $10 will secure your reservation. That $10 will go towards your bill at the end of the night.

Appetizers

Causa Crab meat.

Crab, potatoes, avocado, quail egg, creamy aji amarillo sauce

Vegan causa

Sweet peas, carrot, choclo, potatoes, avocado, quail egg, creamy aji amarillo sauce.

Peruvian ceviche

halibut, classic leche de tigre, red onion, habanero, corn, sweet potatoes

White mushroom, classic leche de tigre, red onion, habanero, corn, sweet potatoes

Chicken heart Anticuchos.

Main Course

Chicharron de pescado

Crispy silver corvina, with special Peruvian tartare, Peruvian potatoes, Creole sarza.

Lomo Saltado

Stir fry filet mignon, onion, tomato, lomo saltado sauce, cilantro, potato, white rice.

Vegan saltado

Stir fry mushroom, onion, tomato, lomo saltado sauce, cilantro, potato, White rice.

Arroz con Pato

Duck magret, aji Amarillo, creole risotto, cilantro, chalaca

Carapulcra

Smoked pork shoulder, Creole dehydrated potato stew, sarza criolla.
